Chill your summer with this desert

For sunny days of summer, Smoothies are great for an al fresco pleasurable summer. It’s a refreshing, colorful drink that is a nutritional breakfast that will satisfy your taste buds. Try one of our favorite smoothie recipes now.


Cocoa or cacao, depending on what you pronounce. Some say that cacao are refreshing beans, filled with anti-oxidant is a super-perfect stuff. You choose.

Moreover, it gives a delicious taste when you add a spoonful to a smoothie. It will make a pleasant treat.



One pear, roughly sliced

1 banana

Some frozen raspberries

1 Tbsp. Cocoa/cacao powder

1 Tbsp. honey

One tsp. Vanilla extract

3 Tbsp. yoghurt

One tsp. Chia seeds

1 and 1/2 cups of water


Mix everything and blend. Pour into a glass and enjoy these chilled beverage.
