CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
Cocoa or cacao, depending on what you pronounce. Some say that cacao are refreshing beans, filled with anti-oxidant is a super-perfect stuff. You choose.

One pear, roughly sliced
Some frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. Cocoa/cacao powder
1 Tbsp. honey
One tsp. Vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. yoghurt
One tsp. Chia seeds
1 and 1/2 cups of water
Mix everything and blend. Pour into a glass and enjoy these chilled beverage.
